Everything the house patron selects from the wine cellar and puts on the table is the same thing he would like to drink himself. In fact there is so many bottles we need two cellars and the majority of wines comes from sustainable sources. Of course Slovenian wines dominate from all three wine growing regions some even beyond it. There are many sparkling wines, the red ones prove it is their land too while the white wines are fresh even more numerous are aged wines. But majority is fourth colour or macerated orange wines. Do not worry even the dedicated wine lovers with love of best world wines will not stay thirsty.
