The landlady waves from the kitchen, the landlord sits down, the two sons pour, then the table is long and the same for all, the conversation is in all languages, only the munching is in one, the same and loud. The greeting is first at the door, then at the table. At ours, it’s the traditional way! There is one cutlery, but there can be many courses. The food is only seasonal and local because the fruit and grains are from the backyard farm, the vegetables are from our garden, the meat is from our neighbors, the fish is from Krka, and all the dishes are from the heart.
